We want to ensure that we can continue to offer Scouting to those who benefit most, and that the membership fee increases are not a barrier to their participation.
Nottinghamshire Scouts have set aside up to £10,000 of funding to support young people who may struggle to pay membership fees this year. This funding is designed to cover the cost of the County and National membership fees.
Any Section Team Leader who feels a young person in their section would benefit from this support should discuss this with their Group Lead Volunteer or 14-24 team lead who should complete the form and send to their District Lead Volunteer. The deadline for submissions is Friday 14th February 2025. You will need to submit your annual accounts for the 2023/24 year when you apply.
