Following the latest government advice, the Scout Association has taken the decision to suspend all face-to-face Scout meetings, activities, and events.

Scouting at Home

We’ve launched a ‘Scout at Home’ badge for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, and Adults. Everyone who participates will be awarded the winning badge design when we return to normal Scout meetings — the county are funding the cost of the badge.

Nottinghamshire Gang Show

For those of you who do not know what a Gang Show is, it is a family variety show full of musical numbers, dance routines, and comedy sketches. Is it designed the showcase the talents of the young (and not-so-young) members of Nottinghamshire Scouts and Guides, and is held every 2 years at the Theatre Royal in Nottingham for a week.


What is a Jamboree? A Jamboree is a gathering of Scouts at a national or international level. Typically, a jamboree takes place every four years and is an amazing opportunity for young people to come together and experience an exciting programme of global
development, peace, cultural understanding, adventure, fun and friendship.
