Nottinghamshire Scouts are pleased to be able to offer young leaders across the county access to e-learning modules as a method for completing elements of their young leader training.
There are now two routes to completing the Young Leader scheme training, either face-to-face within a district or online e-learning through the county.
Young leaders looking for details of face-to-face sessions within their district can email youngleaders@notts-scouts.org.uk to be put in touch with their local District Explorer Scout Young Leader (ESYL) volunteer
E-learning modules through the county can be accessed from the Nottinghamshire Scouts Website through the Programme and Young Leaders pages. Detailed and easy to follow instructions on how to access, complete and register the e learning modules are included on the website.
The Nottinghamshire Young Leader logbook is currently being redesigned too, and will be available for young leaders to supplement, track and monitor their learning journey in the coming months.
Leaders - please do encourage your young leaders to fully embrace their learning and to achieve their Young Leader Belt - access to learning has never been more accessible.
