The BIG Weekend: Staff Roles

To run the BIG Weekend, we need the support of hundreds of adult volunteers, to ensure the event runs safely, efficiently and that everyone has a great time.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people, working within a varied team to deliver an event that will impact over 3,000 Young People from across Nottinghamshire. We have a number of roles in offer in our Customer Experience, Programme, Retail, Safety, Medical and Site Services teams, and if this interests you, please click the button below to book onto the event as staff.

There is a nominal £5 fee for staff, which covers infrastructure costs, and food can be added for £20, for the weekend.

We also have a some more involved roles, including;

Site Services - Deputy Team Leader
Site Services - Build Team x 3
Staff Experience Support x 2
Programme - Deputy Team Leader
